Thomas Henry has joined Weil, Gotshal & Manges as a partner and co-head of its US real estate practice in New York, the firm announced Monday.
Henry brings extensive experience in representing domestic and foreign real estate companies, private equity funds, and institutional lenders and investors. His work has encompassed a wide range of transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financings, joint ventures, restructurings, as well as leasing and development projects. Henry has served as a lead attorney on several significant commercial real estate deals in recent years, highlighting his expertise and prominence in the field.
He joins Weil from Willkie Farr & Gallagher, further strengthening Weil’s position in the competitive real estate law sector.
