Jessica Rosenberg has joined Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld as an employment litigation partner in the firm’s New York office, according to an official announcement on Monday.
Rosenberg brings extensive experience in representing employers and prominent senior executives in employment-related litigation before federal and state courts, administrative agencies, and arbitration panels. Akin noted that her expertise includes conducting internal investigations relating to employee misconduct and providing comprehensive labor and employment advice, including training and counseling services for investment funds.
Prior to joining Akin, Rosenberg was with Kasowitz Benson Torres.
