On Monday, public relations firm Multiply accused the social media platform of using a stylized “X” logo that closely mirrors its own design. Multiply asserts that X Corp. was aware of their registered trademark but chose to proceed with a similar design regardless. This has led to an infringement lawsuit being filed in California federal court according to Law360.
