Roger Rappoport Joins Snell & Wilmer to Bolster Corporate and Securities Practice

Roger Rappoport has joined Snell & Wilmer as a new partner within the firm’s corporate and securities practice group. His arrival was officially announced by the firm on Monday. Mr. Rappoport’s practice is particularly focused on venture capital and angel investor financings, including mechanisms such as convertible notes and SAFEs, as well as other debt financings.

Rappoport brings extensive experience from his previous role at Procopio, Cory, Hargreaves & Savitch. He has served numerous industries ranging from software and artificial intelligence to renewable energy and biotechnology.
