Bass Berry & Sims PLC has confirmed a delay in the commencement date for its incoming class of 22 first-year associates. Initially scheduled to start in September, the new associates will now begin in January. The firm cites a “professional development strategy” aimed at providing current junior associates more opportunities to gain experience as the rationale behind this decision.
