U.S. Well Services LLC and Halliburton Energy Services Inc. have reached a settlement in principle to resolve their protracted patent infringement dispute. The conflict, which has led to the invalidation of several patents, concluded when a jury cleared U.S. Well of infringing three remaining Halliburton patents.
