Raghav Bajaj has joined Latham & Watkins as a partner in their intellectual property litigation practice and litigation and trial department in Austin, as the firm announced on Monday. Bajaj will counsel clients and litigate all aspects of Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings, as well as appeals before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Bajaj’s extensive experience includes serving as lead counsel for both petitioners and patent owners across a diverse range of industries and technologies. These sectors include computer hardware, software, networking, e-commerce, and mobile device applications.
Prior to joining Latham & Watkins, Bajaj was with Haynes and Boone, where he had a distinguished career focusing on IP litigation. His move to Latham & Watkins is poised to strengthen the firm’s capabilities in handling complex IP litigation and PTAB proceedings.
