The pair join the firm from McElroy Deutsch, contributing substantial expertise to McCarter & English’s litigation practice.
James Budinetz’s litigation practice encompasses a broad range of areas including real estate disputes, insurance coverage matters, business torts, and high-stakes commercial disputes, often referred to as bet-the-company matters, as well as business divorces. Peter Zarella’s practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, including breaches of contract, business torts, fiduciary duty claims, business divorces, and both intra-company and contract disputes.
