Vans informed a New York federal judge on Tuesday that it has settled its trademark lawsuit with artist collective MSCHF over the latter’s Wavy Baby sneaker. Vans has requested approval of a permanent injunction that would prevent MSCHF from using the side stripe mark and other distinctive elements of Vans’ Old Skool shoes.
