A New Jersey marine fuel buyer has initiated a lawsuit against two former employees, accusing them of misappropriating trade secrets and accessing confidential information illegally. The two brothers, previously employed by the company, resigned to establish a competing venture in the same market. The complaint was filed in New Jersey federal court.
