Two China-based online vendors selling clipboard products on Amazon.com have initiated legal proceedings against rival clipboard supplier MedInfo Inc. in federal court. According to the complaint, the Colorado-based distributor allegedly jeopardized their business by falsely reporting to Amazon that their products were infringing a MedInfo patent.
