A&O Shearman has brought on board Paolo Manganelli, an Italian restructuring specialist, as a partner in its Milan office. Manganelli moves from Ashurst, where he led the restructuring and special situations practice for Italy. Previously, he was a partner at Paul Hastings, with an extensive background in insolvency litigation, notably managing the litigation for fraud-hit Parmalat as their deputy head of litigation.
