B. Todd Jones Rejoins Robins Kaplan, Strengthening Litigation and White-Collar Practices

B. Todd Jones has rejoined Robins Kaplan as a partner in both its Minneapolis and New York offices, the firm announced Tuesday. A seasoned litigator and former top legal executive at the National Football League, Jones will concentrate on complex business litigation, government and internal investigations, corporate governance, appellate advocacy, and white-collar criminal defense.

Jones’ expertise extends into emerging legal areas such as name, image, and likeness (NIL) litigation, as well as copyright and trade protection and endorsement agreements for athletes and sports clubs. Given his previous role as senior vice president and special counsel for conduct at the NFL, his return to Robins Kaplan is poised to enhance the firm’s litigation and white-collar practice significantly. More details on Jones’ return can be found in the official press release from Robins Kaplan.
