Ryan Smith’s legal expertise spans IP transactions involving entrepreneurs, startups, and Fortune 500 companies. His clientele operates across various industries including consumer products, biomedical, chemical, food science, agriculture, life sciences, and medical devices.
Both Shier and Smith bring significant experience from their previous positions at other law firms, with Shier joining from Haynes and Boone and Smith from Dickinson Wright
