Morrison & Foerster Faces Further Setbacks in Asia as Key Partners Depart

Morrison & Foerster has experienced another significant shift in its Asia operations with the departure of two key partners from its Hong Kong and Shanghai offices. Vivian Yiu will be joining Beijing-based Jingtian & Gongcheng’s Hong Kong office, accompanied by a team of about six associates. Ke Huang, MoFo’s Shanghai partner, will also transition to Jingtian & Gongcheng as a foreign registered lawyer in Hong Kong. This marks the firm’s fourth partner loss in Asia within a week.
