U.S. ITC Judge Rules Voltage’s Original Solar Design Infringes Shoals Technologies’ Patent

North Carolina-based solar provider Voltage LLC has encountered significant legal activity regarding its “trunk bus” power transmission system. An administrative law judge from the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) has determined that Voltage’s imports infringe on a patent held by Tennessee-based competitor Shoals Technologies Group Inc.
