On Tuesday, Troutman Pepper announced a significant addition to its corporate practice by welcoming Nanette Heide as a partner based in their New York office. Heide brings a wealth of experience in representing private equity investors and multinational as well as domestic corporations across a broad range of mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. She has also been involved in the formation and structuring of private equity funds. Her expertise spans industries such as consumer products, medical devices, technology, media, and cannabis. Prior to joining Troutman Pepper, Heide was affiliated with Duane Morris.
