King & Spalding LLP announced on Monday the return of Robert Hur, former special counsel who notably declined to prosecute President Joe Biden over the handling of classified documents earlier this year. Hur will be rejoining the firm together with Leah Grossi, another prominent attorney from the U.S. Department of Justice.
