Forest River Awarded $5.5 Million in Trademark Infringement Case Against inTech Trailers


Forest River has secured a significant legal victory as it can now collect $5.5 million in enhanced damages following a jury’s determination that inTech Trailers infringed its mountain design trademarks on recreational vehicles. An Indiana federal judge made this ruling on Thursday, increasing the award from $2 million to over $5.5 million to ensure that inTech does not benefit from its infringement activities. Additionally, Forest River was granted $1.3 million in attorney fees.
