A California federal jury has awarded rapper T.I. and his associates $17.8 million in a case against MGA Entertainment. The jury found that seven of MGA’s O.M.G. dolls infringed upon the trade dress and misappropriated the name, likeness, or identity of the OMG Girlz pop group, which T.I. co-owns. This is the third trial concerning these claims by T.I. against MGA.
