IBM has initiated a new lawsuit in Delaware federal court against Take-Two Interactive Software, the parent company of Zynga, following a recent legal victory. Less than a month prior, IBM secured a $45 million verdict against Zynga over patent infringements concerning online advertisements. The latest suit, as reported by Law360, involves different video games, escalating IBM’s legal challenges in the gaming industry.
