Richman brings with him a wealth of experience in dealing with securities class actions and derivative litigation. His expertise extends to handling corporate internal investigations, government investigations and enforcement proceedings, as well as insider trading issues. Prior to joining Brown Rudnick, Richman was a part of Proskauer Rose.
