The Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis has announced the promotion of Jennifer Haynes to the position of senior vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary. Her new role becomes effective on January 1, 2025. Haynes has been a part of the St. Louis Fed since 2012, initially joining as a senior attorney and transitioning through roles as assistant counsel, assistant vice president and associate general counsel, and vice president and deputy general counsel.
Haynes will be at the helm of the St. Louis Fed’s legal and ethics division as well as the office of the corporate secretary. Before her tenure at the Federal Reserve Bank, Haynes accumulated valuable legal experience as an associate attorney at the law firm of Lashly & Baer, P.C., contributing to her robust legal acumen and readiness for her forthcoming responsibilities.
