Tesla, led by CEO Elon Musk, along with Warner Bros. Discovery, has requested a California federal judge to dismiss a lawsuit from Alcon Entertainment. The suit accuses the electric vehicle company of utilizing an artificial intelligence-generated image that allegedly infringes upon the movie “Blade Runner 2049” in their promotion of an autonomous taxicab.
