Patent Board Ruling Leads COVID Test Device Maker to Settle Federal Circuit Disputes

A company involved in the production of saliva collection devices for COVID-19 testing has decided to withdraw from ongoing legal disputes with Longhorn Vaccines & Diagnostics at the Federal Circuit. This decision follows the cancellation of 183 of Longhorn’s patent claims by the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).
