Herbert Smith Freehills and Kramer Levin Approve Transatlantic Merger with Overwhelming Support

Partners at Herbert Smith Freehills (HSF) and Kramer Levin Naftalis & Frankel have voted overwhelmingly in favor of their proposed transatlantic merger, which is now set to commence on June 1, slightly later than initially expected. Both firms required a 75% approval rate from their respective partnerships to proceed.
