The lawsuit claims that Monsieur Touton Selection has infringed on Altunis’s trade dress by replicating the distinctive seafoam green color bottle and packaging, originally used for an Altunis cocktail, as part of its own product line. This legal action follows the cessation of a distribution agreement by Bicobi.
