Georgia Supreme Court Disbars Two Attorneys Amid Legal Misconduct Convictions

The Georgia Supreme Court has taken decisive action against two attorneys by revoking their licenses to practice law. This decision includes the disbarment of a former head of a Georgia-based real estate law firm. The attorney was previously convicted and sentenced to two and a half years in prison for federal fraud charges, due to the misappropriation of at least $235,565 from a client.
