A federal judge ruled in favor of retired Judge Richard Posner in a breach-of-contract lawsuit. The lawsuit accused Posner, formerly of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, of failing to pay $170,000 to Brian Vukadinovich. Vukadinovich had served as the executive director of the Posner Center of Justice for Pro Se’s for over a year. The organization is now defunct.
