Prominent Indonesian Law Firm Leader Ibrahim Assegaf Dies at 48

On May 20, 2025, Ibrahim Assegaf, the managing partner of Assegaf Hamzah & Partners (AHP), one of Indonesia’s largest law firms, passed away at the age of 48. Assegaf was known for his expertise in banking and restructuring law. His firm operates in affiliation with the Big Four Singapore firm Rajah & Tann.
