Hewlett Packard Enterprise Co. (HPE) has reached an agreement to settle a legal dispute with Canadian software company VirtaMove Corp. The litigation involved accusations of patent infringement from VirtaMove, as well as counterclaims from HPE. This resolution was presented to a federal judge in Texas.
