HealthTrackRx Strengthens Leadership with Appointment of Keith Koford as Chief Legal Officer

HealthTrackRx, a leading infectious disease laboratory, has appointed Keith Koford as its new Chief Legal Officer. Koford brings over two decades of legal and business experience to the role, most recently serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary at Healogics. In that capacity, he guided the organization through complex healthcare regulatory landscapes and led strategic initiatives across legal, compliance, and corporate governance.

Prior to his tenure at Healogics, Koford held the position of Vice President, General Counsel, and Assistant Corporate Secretary for a publicly traded global medical device and biologics company. There, he managed worldwide legal operations encompassing intellectual property, regulatory and clinical affairs, compliance, and reimbursement. His legal career also includes practice at Holland & Knight LLP as part of its International and Cross-Borders Transactions Group and Healthcare and Life Sciences Team.

Before entering the legal profession, Koford began his career in molecular biology, leading a high-throughput DNA sequencing facility at a genomics-based pharmaceutical company. This background provides him with a unique appreciation for the science underpinning HealthTrackRx’s advanced diagnostics.

Expressing his enthusiasm for the new role, Koford stated, “HealthTrackRx is at the forefront of innovation in molecular diagnostics, and I’m thrilled to support its mission from both a legal and scientific perspective.” CEO Martin Price highlighted Koford’s appointment as a strategic move to strengthen the company’s management capabilities and reinforce its ability to deliver next-morning diagnostic services to clients and their patients.

This leadership change follows the departure of Kendra Green Dias, the company’s previous General Counsel, who left the organization earlier this year. HealthTrackRx has been actively enhancing its leadership team, including the appointment of Dana Simonds as Chief Compliance Officer in March 2025. Simonds brings extensive experience in regulatory strategy, risk management, and operational integrity, further solidifying the company’s commitment to compliance and patient safety.

These strategic appointments reflect HealthTrackRx’s proactive approach to managing growth while maintaining its focus on innovation, operational excellence, and exceptional client service. With a restructured and expanded management team, the company is well-positioned to continue its leadership in infectious disease diagnostics and beyond.
