The individual in question, Neal Brij Sidhwaney, aged 43, admitted guilt on one count of transmitting an interstate threat to injure. The plea was officially entered on December 15 and was the result of a vulgar voicemail left at the Supreme Court back in July. This voicemail incorporated a repeated threat to kill a specific justice – the identity of whom has been kept confidential by the Justice Department which reported the occurrence in a press release on Monday.
