Ogletree Deakins, an international labor and employment law firm representing management, recently announced the induction of Richard Rahm as a shareholder in its San Francisco office. Rahm, known for his substantial experience in wage and hour class action litigation, brings on board a wealth of professional expertise in advising employers on legal matters. Bloomberg Law shared the news of his appointment.
Rahm specializes in handling complex cases for employers across different sectors including transportation, financial services, and retail. With his wide-ranging practice that spans jury trials, state and federal appeals, and arbitrations, he will strengthen Ogletree Deakins’ comprehensive service offerings.
Before joining Ogletree Deakins, Rahm was a co-chair of the transportation industry practice group at Littler Mendelson, another law firm that primarily serves corporate clients. His transition to Ogletree Deakins marks another stage in his trailblazing career.
Rahm’s move is only the latest among a series of high-profile lateral hires by the firm. As law firms continue to bolster their legal teams with top-tier talent, the landscape of labor and employment law is set to undergo further dynamic shifts.
