French luxury brand Louis Vuitton Malletier SAS is pursuing statutory damages amounting to $2 million per counterfeited mark from the operator of a Connecticut flea market. According to a federal lawsuit, the counterfeit goods were sold repeatedly despite a 2018 agreement aimed at halting such activities.
