The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) has initiated a new, no-cost program in which former judges from the U.S. Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) will provide guidance and address questions regarding proceedings before the board. This outreach effort consists of one-on-one meetings aimed at educating the public on various aspects of the PTAB’s functions.
