Morgan Lewis has bolstered its structured transactions practice with the addition of David Sylofski as a partner in New York. Sylofski will be advising investment funds, insurance companies, and other financial institutions on whole loan sales and acquisitions, as well as the formation of residential mortgage acquisition platforms. His expertise also extends to compliance with newly proposed and enacted legislative and regulatory changes impacting asset-backed securitization.
