Angie Snavely Rejoins Faegre Drinker as Corporate Partner in Minneapolis Office

Faegre Drinker Biddle & Reath LLP has announced the return of Angie Snavely to its corporate group as a partner in the Minneapolis office. Snavely will be part of the firm’s public companies and governance practice team.

Snavely rejoins Faegre Drinker after an extensive in-house career. Most recently, she served as senior vice president, corporate, ethics and compliance officer, and assistant corporate secretary at Teradata Corporation (NYSE: TDC). Prior to that, she held the position of assistant general counsel and assistant corporate secretary at The Toro Company (NYSE: TTC). Snavely was previously an attorney in Faegre Drinker’s Minneapolis office from 2008 to 2013.

With nearly two decades of experience as in-house counsel, assistant corporate secretary, and outside counsel, Snavely advises public companies on corporate governance and securities compliance matters. Her boardroom experience at two NYSE-listed companies enables her to provide pragmatic advice to boards of directors, corporate secretaries, and executive teams.

Amy Seidel, head of the firm’s public companies and governance team, commented, “Angie’s return to the firm brings invaluable in-house perspective to our practice. We’re excited to welcome Angie back to our industry-leading team, and we look forward to reintroducing her to our clients across the U.S.”

Snavely is recognized for her expertise in securities law and corporate governance. She is committed to assisting companies in navigating business challenges, growth, and transformation. Her anticipatory and collaborative leadership has led to a track record of success for legal and cross-functional teams.

“Angie’s technical background and familiarity with our firm and clients will be the keys to a seamless transition,” said Lica Tomizuka, Minneapolis office leader. “Her work with public companies is a major differentiator. We are so excited to welcome Angie back to our Minneapolis office.”

Snavely earned her Bachelor of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota, her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude, from the Mitchell Hamline School of Law, and her LL.M. in Organizational Ethics and Compliance from the University of St. Thomas School of Law.

Faegre Drinker continues to strengthen its corporate group with strategic hires. In June 2026, the firm added Greg Gentry as counsel in its Indianapolis office. Gentry, formerly associate general counsel at Elevance Health, brings extensive experience in complex deals, mergers, and acquisitions. His expertise is expected to enhance the firm’s health care transactions team.

Additionally, in May 2022, Faegre Drinker welcomed Tiffany Reeves as a partner in the investment management practice in Minneapolis. Reeves advises institutional investor clients on domestic and international private investments, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm’s investment management practice group.

These strategic additions reflect Faegre Drinker’s commitment to enhancing its corporate capabilities and providing comprehensive services to its clients.
